01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing viptata.net, downloading the viptata app, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager on the viptata platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. You also confirm that you agree to viptata's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of this agreement.

If you are accessing viptata on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms. Viptata reserves the right to refuse service to any person at any time and for any reason consistent with these Terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and use a viptata account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended viptata account.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

Viptata conducts age and identity verification as part of the account registration and withdrawal process. Providing false information during registration is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

03 Account Registration

Each eligible person may register only one viptata account. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names, phone numbers, or payment methods by the same individual — are strictly prohibited. Viptata uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Viptata is not liable for any issues arising from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact viptata support immediately at [email protected].

• Account registration is free and takes under two minutes.
• A valid mobile number linked to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket is required for payment processing.
• Identity verification documents may be requested before withdrawals are processed.
• Viptata reserves the right to request additional verification at any time.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Viptata supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three most widely used mobile financial services in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your viptata account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Viptata does not charge any fees on deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Verified accounts receive withdrawals within 5 to 15 minutes, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Viptata does not charge withdrawal fees. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account dashboard.

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Viptata reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals.
• Funds deposited must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be requested, unless otherwise stated.
• Viptata is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.
• Any attempt to reverse or dispute a legitimate deposit via your payment provider will result in account suspension.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

Viptata offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out here.

Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which is the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements are clearly stated for each offer.

Bonus Eligibility: Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts or shared payment methods is a violation of these Terms.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account balance.
• Real-money funds are used first when placing bets, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Viptata reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses that are found to have been claimed fraudulently will be voided along with any winnings derived from them.
• Maximum withdrawal limits may apply to winnings generated from bonus funds — these are stated in the individual offer terms.

06 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

Viptata is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with the platform without human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in multiplayer or live dealer games.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using viptata to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Placing bets with the intention of qualifying for a bonus without genuine gaming intent (commonly known as "bonus abuse").

Viptata uses automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where violations are identified, viptata will take appropriate action including account closure, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

07 Responsible Gaming

Viptata takes responsible gaming seriously. We provide tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available in your account settings and can be activated at any time by contacting support.

• Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Deposit limits take effect immediately once set and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Viptata will not send promotional communications to players who have activated self-exclusion.

08 Privacy and Data

Viptata collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Viptata uses your data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations. Viptata does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors and identity verification providers as necessary to operate the platform.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the viptata platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, game graphics, text, software, and trademarks — is the property of viptata or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the viptata platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any viptata content without prior written permission.

Game content is provided under licence from third-party game providers. All rights in game content remain with the respective providers.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, viptata's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in your account at the time the claim arises.

Viptata is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.
• Interruptions to the platform caused by maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond viptata's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits viptata's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

Viptata reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time if:

• A breach of these Terms is detected or reasonably suspected.
• The account is found to belong to a person under 18 years of age.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct is detected or suspected.
• A duplicate account is identified.
• The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Viptata is required to do so by law or regulatory instruction.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any balance in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for any other reason, viptata will return the real-money balance to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to identity verification.

You may close your viptata account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any pending withdrawals will be completed before the account is closed.

12 Amendments to These Terms

Viptata may update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, viptata will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at viptata.net/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of the viptata platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
